• Payroll tax returns, quarterly and annually (941's, 940's state unemployment, and W-2's)
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payrolls with timely deliveries countrywide

Assist in preparing applications for incorporation in California

• Explain start-up process for business
• Help in applying for federal tax numbers
• Help in applying for Sub Chapter S Corporations
• Help in applying for sales tax number, liquor licenses, etc.

Preparation of Tax Returns

• Prepare annual individual and corporate tax returns (all states)
• Prepare annual individual and corporate tangible and intangible tax returns
• Prepare annual tax returns for partnerships, fiduciary , and non-profit organizations

Will assist in all matters pending with:

• Internal Revenue Service - individual and corporate inquiries and penalties
• Insurance - workers compensation and insurance audits
